Aloha! We are Beyond 4 Walls Kona. We organize free community events that bring people together through music. We work with different churches and music groups in our community and the islands to put on monthly worship nights and an annual praise & worship concert.

 

This ministry was founded in 2016 by Sharma & Doiron Caceres. The events are sponsored and hosted by their business, Akua's (God's) Automotive Service all because of a vision God gave Sharma in 2013....

“I saw a praise & worship concert located at the heart of our community in Kailua Kona. There were hundreds of people gathered together, all from different churches united in praise, worship and prayer. There were book tables and people praying for one another. It was seeing the love of God in action and pouring out in and through the community. Churches working hand in hand and no longer segregated. God's desire for unity was very clear. We tried at one point to make the vision happen but God said wait it's not time, so we waited and left it alone. Then a few years later in September of 2015 we went to the movies to watch War Room and there, in the middle of the screen I saw in large letters “Beyond 4 Walls hosted by Akua's Automotive” and I just knew in my spirit that was what we were to do” - Sharma Caceres

 

On January 30, 2016 we held our very first praise & worship concert event at the very location God showed Sharma in the vision. That was such a joyous day and they have continued to organize these events ever since.

 

Over the past 4 years we have seen the desire for unity grow so much on the island, not just through our ministry but others as well who have stepped out with visions of bring people together. We've had the opportunity to meet new people and build new relationships and partner with several other ministries. It's been an honor and blessing to do so.

 

Our heart is to bring unity in the community by providing an opportunity to come together through praise & worship, regardless of where you're from or what service location you attend, if you attend church or not. We will continue to go “beyond the 4 walls” of a building and share what the Father has put on our heart! Striving to cultivate unity, sharing that God’s love is for ALL and being mindful that we were called to love each other as the Father loves us. We are by no means claiming to have it all together as we are continuously learning and growing through Christ! But we are excited to see the Father working in and through the people in this community.

 

For Christ himself has brought peace to us. He united Jews and Gentiles into one people when, in his own body on the cross, he broke down the wall of hostility that separated us.
